Part of our well established team of Zürich, you will
manage recruitment assignments in the Legal area. Key duties
of the role include: Developing and managing a client
portfolio and building strong relationships with them,
having a good understanding of the culture and environment
of there firms, Defining the best methodology to
identity, attract and select the most suitable candidates
for each assignment you are involved in, Providing
market knowledge and advice to employers and candidates,
Proactively networking senior level candidates, managing
interviews and selection, Maintaining market and
commercial awareness through research and networking. We

Job Requirements
We are looking for ambitious people with a proven
track record of success and that have a strong
entrepreneurial spirit. You have a previous experience
in a leading Swiss law firm and you want to discover a new
sector, giving you the unique possibility to develop your
interpersonnal strengths or you have experience in the
recruitment with exposure into this discipline. Fluency in
English and in (Swiss) German are required. You are
customer-oriented, have solid communication skills, are
immune to stress, and work in a results-oriented manner. You
