Identify opportunities to maintain and extend relations   with clients and candidates by conducting research and   searching Strategy & Candidate identification. The   successful candidate will be providing support to the   Principal and other Associates.

Develop candidate   pipelines for active and pending executive-level positions;  

Network both externally and internally throughout the   Michael Page Group for candidates' identification;

  Perform broad-based research to supply consultants with   information extracted from a variety of on-line resources   and databases;

Learn about the client with respect to its   industry, competitors and its market position and be able to   apply that knowledge to the search process;

Identify   target companies and individuals using various resources   including in-house databases, associations, directories and   the Internet;

Monitor web sites, trade journals and   industry specific conferences for current and future   searches;

Manage internal and external research as   requested;

Support the development of a search strategy   and execute against that strategy to identify the most   qualified professionals.
